With a fresh new look and feel, the latest version of Cordell
Information’s online estimating software for builders and tradespeople
is bound to impress!
Cordell Estimator V5 has been in the development pipeline for over 12 months and includes two brand new features:
- Cordell Project Scheduler: tracks the progress of a job throughout all stages of the construction project.
- Job Cost Analysis Report: designed for builders not
accountants, this handy tool allows users to track and monitor the costs
for each job, helping to avoid nasty cost overruns.
Cordell have also completed an overhaul of our pricing databases for the
Commercial, Industrial and Residential sectors to ensure that these
reflect the products available in the Australasian Marketplace. With 46
Trade Categories and 12,000 individual items, the Cordell Pricing
Database is one of the most comprehensive and easy to use databases
available today.
Gary Thornley, Chief Estimator for Cordell Information, has been the key
figure working behind the scenes to get Cordell Estimator V5 off the
ground. Gary has been on both sides of the fence, first as a user of
Cordell’s range of estimating tools and now as the chief architect
behind Estimator V5. His extensive knowledge and experience has gone
into the development of Estimator V5 to ensure that our product works
for our subscribers.
