Rob Wild – Chief Executive Officer

Rob has been Chief Executive Officer of Cordell Information for over 20 years. His strategic insights have guided this company from strength to strength since he joined the Business in 1985. He has an unparalleled knowledge of the construction industry and how to help companies develop their business using our information solutions. Rob’s experience within the Australian construction industry goes back further than Cordell Information, before joining CI he was General Manager at Timbaco, a division of Boral. 

Monisha Craig – National Operations Manager

Monisha has over 20 years experience in Operations Management especially in large retail companies in the United States. She has held various senior positions including Vice President Operations at Gallery Corp. With her vast knowledge and experience, both in Operations and IT, we were delighted when Monisha joined Cordell Information to take on the management of our research and IT teams.

 

Martin Stevens – National Sales Manager Construction Projects

Martin heads up our Construction Projects Division and is closely involved in all areas of our business development and account management strategies. Before joining Cordell Information, Martin held a variety of roles at Fairfax and Pacific Publications - but he started his career as a currency trader in the City of London.  

Nilkanthi Perumal – Finance Director

Nilkanthi has worked in several multi-national organizations including engineering, medico-legal and information service industries in very senior finance roles. She is responsible for all financial operations of the business including financial reporting, planning, and treasury management. She and her team follow best practice principles set by Reed Elsevier Head Office to safe guard the assets of the business.

Gary Thornley – National Manager - Costing

Gary is probably one of the most experienced estimators in the Australian building and construction industry. Having started as an estimating cadet almost 40 years ago, Gary has moved up the ranks within a number of well known names within the construction industry including Bovis Australia (now Bovis Lend-Lease) and AV Jennings. Since joining Cordell Information in 2007 as Chief Estimator, he has been responsible for aspects of our costing research division.

Chris Evans – National Marketing Manager

Chris has been involved in Marketing for over 15 years working across a wide range of industries including travel, automotive, consumer direct marketing and now business to business publishing. Responsible for all the marketing activity across the three divisions of Cordell Information, Chris and his team are always working on new strategies and idea to further the reach and awareness of Cordell Information.

Chris Riley – General Manager TendersOnline

Chris looks after the day-to-day running of the Cordell Tenders Online division in Melbourne and heads up the Sales, Customer Service and Research teams. Prior to joining Cordell Tenders Online, Chris worked in a variety of roles in the insurance industry honing his sales and development skills. Over the years, Chris has helped 1000’s of businesses source new opportunities and has developed a vast amount of knowledge helping local council and Government departments to simplify their tender administration processes.
